Below is the 2025 ICT Yoga Fest Schedule and the festival class descriptions. Read about all the amazing opportunities throughout the weekend and then plan out your day. With so many different options, you might have trouble deciding!

  • Yoga Therapy: Myofascial Release

    This workshop will explain the important role that fascia plays in the body in relation to movement. We will discuss common problem areas and what can cause tightness, pain and loss of mobility throughout the muscles. Afterwards, you will learn techniques using props such as tennis balls and yoga blocks to release tension in feet, hips, and shoulders, and promote over health and wellness to the fascia

  • Tribal Dancing

    Join Devin as we move your yoga practice from the mat onto the dance floor. This fusion based class will combine elements of yoga and dance as you explore creativity through movement and energy flow. Using music and movements from all across the world, this class will make you feel energized. 

  • Kundalini Yoga

    Kundalini Yoga combines breath, mantra, movement with mudra to bring the practitioner into their higher self. This class will be suitable for all levels and ages! We will use the power of our given tools to do a playful kriya. Curious about how the spoken word can change your relationship with your world? Kundalini has a way of pressing mantra into the practice to do just this.

  • Yin Yoga

    Beginner level yin yoga. Yin yoga is a floor based practice, medititative style of yoga. In yin practice, poses are held for extended periods of time focusing on the connective tissues, such as ligaments and joints. Props are utilized to support the body and help focus on the feeling of the shape of the body.

  • Aerial Yoga

    Aerial Yoga is a fairly new practice that modifies traditional yoga poses using the aerial hammock apparatus to encourage deeper stretching, lengthening and strengthening. Allow gravity to assist in playful, creative and fluid movements, there is no experience necessary to join.

  • Paddleboard Yoga

    This fun and unique class is for everyone, from beginners to well practiced yogis alike. All poses will be practiced on a Paddleboard anchored in the Arkansas river with detailed instructions and modifications to help keep you dry! Come expecting a bit of a challenge to your balance and focus, but also a great time all around. Some yogis choose to bring a spare set of clothes just in case!

  • Conscious Connected Breathwork

    Dive into the power of your own divine breath, guided by Amber, to experience profound shifts in your energy, creativity, clarity of thought, confidence, and overall wellbeing. What would your days look like if you exhaled what no longer serves you?

  • Yoga Flow

    This is a fun and dynamic movement class, just like what you might find when going to a yoga studio for your run of the mill weekday practice. Perfect for those with some yoga experience, this medium-level flow blends creative sequencing, strength-building poses, and fluid transitions to keep you present and engaged from start to finish. Expect a playful vibe, a steady rhythm, and plenty of options to explore and challenge yourself at your own pace. Whether you're looking to build heat, find focus, or simply enjoy moving your body, this class will leave you feeling strong, centered, and inspired.

  • Soundbath

    Become immersed in the sounds of singing bowls, chimes and other instruments, allowing the vibrations wash over you, inducing deep relaxation and allowing stress and tension to melt away. This restful practice promotes mindfulness and supports wellbeing, and is perfect for beginners and experienced meditators alike.

  • Yoga Philosophy

    The foundational principles of Ashtanga Yoga (the eight-limb path) are laid out by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras. In this class, we will discuss and explore the first two limbs of yoga: Yamas and Niyamas. We will explore what they mean, how they can apply to our practice, and how we can transmute them into our daily lives.

  • Pilates with Props

    This class will be a fun blend of Mat Pilates and the Bodybar Method, we'll play with props to activate muscles you may not have felt in quite some time, Pilates tends to be sneaky like that. There will be some lovely dynamic stretching weaved in throughout, too. Bring your yoga mat and prepare to light up those abdominal muscles and walk away feeling longer, taller, and happier.

  • Breathe, Flow & Ground

    An easeful practice that includes uplifting pranayama & meditation and an invigorating, yet gentle yoga flow.

  • ROGA

    Join Whitney for a run/walk by the river followed by an all levels yoga flow specifically designed for runners. All levels of yogis and runners and welcome!

  • Slow Flow

    This class offers a slower, more mindful approach to yoga, making it ideal for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone looking to de-stress and unwind. Gentle Yoga emphasizes stretching, seated poses, and low-impact movements to support mobility and relaxation. Postures are held longer to allow deeper release, with plenty of modifications offered to suit all bodies and fitness levels. Each session includes extended warm-ups, calming breath work, and time for meditation and relaxation. Whether you are new to yoga or simply seeking a softer practice, this class is a nurturing space to reconnect with your body and breath

  • Yoga Nidra with Reiki and Soundhealing
