Yoga Therapy: Myofascial Release
This workshop will explain the important role that fascia plays in the body in relation to movement. We will discuss common problem areas and what can cause tightness, pain and loss of mobility throughout the muscles. Afterwards, you will learn techniques using props such as tennis balls and yoga blocks to release tension in feet, hips, and shoulders, and promote over health and wellness to the fascia

Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga combines breath, mantra, movement with mudra to bring the practitioner into their higher self. This class will be suitable for all levels and ages! We will use the power of our given tools to do a playful kriya. Curious about how the spoken word can change your relationship with your world? Kundalini has a way of pressing mantra into the practice to do just this.

Yin Yoga
Beginner level yin yoga. Yin yoga is a floor based practice, medititative style of yoga. In yin practice, poses are held for extended periods of time focusing on the connective tissues, such as ligaments and joints. Props are utilized to support the body and help focus on the feeling of the shape of the body.

Aerial Yoga
Aerial Yoga is a fairly new practice that modifies traditional yoga poses using the aerial hammock apparatus to encourage deeper stretching, lengthening and strengthening. Allow gravity to assist in playful, creative and fluid movements, there is no experience necessary to join.

Expect a playful vibe, a steady rhythm, and plenty of options to explore and challenge yourself at your own pace. Whether you're looking to build heat, find focus, or simply enjoy moving your body, this class will leave you feeling strong, centered, and inspired.

Yoga Philosophy
The fastest, simplest and often hardest way to change the world around us is to first change the world inside of us. This 45-minute slow flow is designed to gently guide you out of the noise and back into your body. We'll move through a mindful, accessible sequence focused on breath, mobility, and softening tension, making this class suitable for all levels. The practice will gradually downshift into an extended shavasana, where the real work begins. During this time, you'll receive Reiki and optional hands-on support to encourage deeper relaxation, energetic balance, and nervous system regulation. Expect a calm, grounding experience that blends movement, stillness, and subtle energy work, leaving you feeling restored, supported, and reconnected.

Hot Stone Lymphatic Yoga
Our practice will blend breathing strategies, gentle sequences, restorative shapes (with hot stones), and a mini-soundscape to cultivate overall emotional and physical wellness with an emphasis on supporting the lymphatic system. Our lymphatic system is a crucial part of our immune system, and it is responsible for immunity, circulation, detoxification, and fluid reduction. All levels are welcome, and modifications will be offered.

The Nervous System in Yoga
This lecture explores the nervous system’s role in yoga, helping you understand how movement, breath, and mindfulness influence stress, recovery, and overall well-being. You’ll learn the basics of the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems and how to apply this knowledge to create more balanced, effective, and intentional yoga practices.

Limitless Flow
Students will mindfully flow through poses, connecting their breath with the movements. This class includes movements that both strengthen and lengthen muscles, as well as breathwork and awareness techniques. Options will be given throughout the class if you wish to modify poses or to challenge yourself. This class is for everyone!
