Kelsea Wright
After yoga healed a long-term lower back injury, I knew I wanted to help others who were struggling with chronic pain. I earned my Master's in Education and completed my initial 200-hour yoga teacher training through YogaWorks in 2014, before opening Limitless Yoga Studio. I then became a Certified Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist. Currently, I am an E-RYT 1000 and YACEP and have taught over 8,500 hours of yoga. Beyond group classes, I work one-on-one with clients, combining modalities to treat pain, addressing the entire body as an interconnected system.

Devin Roberts
I found my passion for fitness when I competed in athletics in college as a member of the Wichita State University rowing team and cheerleading squad. During my time as a WSU athlete, I worked with a personal trainer who helped me develop as an athlete and taught me the value of utilizing a trainer to improve my athletic performance and overall well-being. I decided I wanted to have that positive impact on others and received my Master’s Degree in Exercise Science. I'm proud to be a personal trainer, as well as a group fitness instructor for almost a decade now.

Christince Vumai
Christince has been practicing yoga for well over 15 years. She started during her first pregnancy with an at-home DVD. After finally taking a few classes in a real studio she was hooked. Like most, yoga first began as a physical practice. After discovering Ashtanga, she began to see the effects of her practice transform other parts of her life. She soon started studying on her own and eventually enrolled in teacher training. Since then, she has dedicated herself to yoga and the study of this vast science. Christine fully integrates all aspects of the teachings of Patanjali into her classes in a very inclusive and accessible way. She truly believes in what yoga has to offer on a physical, mental, and spiritual level and loves helping people find ease and joy in following their own paths.

Jennifer Raymo
I discovered yoga 19 years ago when I was pregnant with my first child and was experiencing a lot of back pain. It was life changing. I also found that yoga could help relieve my tension headaches, support me through breast cancer, allow me time to focus on myself, and a way to give back. After retiring from the Army Reserve in 2023, I immediately completed my 200hr YTT and have not stopped learning. Utilizing my education as a licensed master social worker and experience working with service members I utilize techniques to assist students to stay in the present and turn inward, where the practice on the mat can be utilized off the mat. I believe yoga is for every body and strive to create an inclusive environment in my offerings.

Dr. Meredith Griffin
Yoga reminds me I’m okay even when things around me are chaotic. It helps me figure out what I can and cannot control. I am a licensed clinical psychologist, and I specialize in working with survivors of trauma. In April 2024, I attended a yoga conference in the Midwest, and I learned about the benefits of integrating yoga with the practice of psychology. In August 2025, I finished yoga teacher training with the Lotus House of Yoga (Omaha, NE). I began leading weekly, pop-up, and community classes, and I completed a certification course in hot stone yoga. I am pursuing a certification as a 500-hour yoga teacher, as well as certifications in lymphatic, myofascial release, restorative, and yin yoga. I am sure I will be a yoga practitioner, student, and teacher for the rest of my life. Yoga transforms my life daily, and it is a privilege to be part of other people’s transformations during their wellness journeys.

Maddie Monroe
I have found so much joy in my yoga practice over the years and I am grateful for the opportunity to share that with others as a teacher. I am passionate about mental and physical wellness and yoga provides a space to work towards becoming the best version of ourselves on and off the mat. I have a bachelors degree in Biochemistry and I am endlessly curious to learn as much as I can. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years. I got more serious about my practice in 2021 and I knew I eventually wanted to start teaching. Like many others, I started doing yoga for the physical side of it, but have come to realize it is about so much more. I completed my 200 hour training with Kelsea at the beginning of 2024 and I am so glad to be part of the Limitless community!

Tracie Duncan
Tracie began practicing yoga alongside her father in the early 2000s after he experienced a heart attack and was encouraged to explore yoga as part of his recovery. Through her own practice, she discovered the profound benefits yoga offered in managing the lifelong pain associated with scoliosis, while also providing balance and stress relief during her years as an elementary school teacher and mother of three.
In 2019, Tracie completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and began teaching children’s and family yoga classes. In 2021, she expanded her training to include Yin Yoga and Slow Flow Yoga, bringing her passion for movement and mindfulness to adult students as well. She also integrated yoga into her school community by leading student yoga clubs and offering classes for fellow educators.
After a dedicated 31-year career in public education in Derby, Kansas, Tracie retired from teaching in 2025 to focus more fully on sharing yoga with her community. In recent years, she has especially enjoyed teaching Chair Yoga, deepening her understanding of the importance of movement and breath at every stage of life.
Tracie believes yoga extends far beyond poses on a mat. Through breath, mindful movement, and accessible practices, she encourages students to carry the benefits of yoga into their everyday lives. Her teaching philosophy centers on the belief that yoga is not about the shape or age of the body, but about creating a healthier, more balanced life for every individual.
